Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before engaging us for our service through the HomeTourStudios.com website, email, tele-conversion via our hotline, and/or messaging via our business contact number (the “Service”, “Services”) operated by Home Tour Studios (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your (“You”, “Client”, “Client’s”) access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or engaging our Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not proceed with engaging our Service.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by HomeTourStudios.com.
HomeTourStudios.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree thatHomeTourStudios.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
We will not be responsible or held legally liable for the misrepresentation of content in our final product, video, audio or media provided. It is your duty to ensure the content is in good order by requesting for draft copies before final rendering or publishing of the media. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not proceed with engaging our Service.
(a) No Liability for Force Majeure Event. Neither party will be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement if its failure or delay is due to the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event.
(b) Definition of “Force Majeure Event.” In this agreement, “Force Majeure Event” means any event that
(i) is beyond the reasonable control of a party,
(ii) materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement, and
(iii) could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against,
but does not include general economic or other conditions affecting financial markets generally.
Confirmation of Booking
Note that submitting the booking request does not confirm the booking appointment, until we reply you with a confirmation through email or SMS / messaging via our business contact number.
If the selected time slot is unavailable, we will try to arrange with you for an alternative date or time slot.
We strive to deliver the completed work(s) within 5 working days of the shoot, which happens in most cases. However, please understand if a delay happens, it is because we want to deliver the product to the best of quality, and our editors might need slightly more time.
On the day of the shoot, if there is a no-show by the Client or the Client’s appointed representative after 20 minutes of our scheduled appointment time, the appointment will have to be cancelled, so that we will not interfere with our next shoot. We reserve the right to bill the Client the full expected amount of the engagement.
Payment & Fulfilment
Payment shall be made by the Client prior to or upon the receipt of the final deliverables.
Payment shall be made within 7 calendar days from the date of invoice or request of payment, whichever is earlier.
We will send you an invoice or request of payment through email, via either of the following formats:
Invoices / request for payment generated and self-fulfilled by Home Tour Studios, where payment to be made as instructed on the invoice or email.
Invoices / request for payment generated and sent via PayPal, where payment to be made according to PayPal’s procedures and terms.
Invoices / request for payment generated and sent via our external payment or fulfilment gateways (including, but not limited to, PixieSet.com), payment to be made according to the external payment or fulfilment gateways’ procedures and terms.
Client’s Usage Rights
Usage rights for portfolio, marketing and any other commercial purposes granted only upon full payment of the invoice.
a) Unless otherwise stated, perpetual usage rights covered for:
Portfolio (online/print), business website / web design, editorial, social media and online advertisement, print advertisement campaigns not exceeding S$20,000, contest entries, promotional literature and personal use.
b) Usage subjected to additional licensing fee for:
Other commercial uses not described in the usage rights.
We reserve the right to collect a deposit of an agreed amount at our discretion prior to engaging our service or the shoot.
Coupons & Vouchers
Home Tour Studios reserves the right to discontinue or reject a coupon or voucher at any time at our discretion.
Delivery & Placement of Products
Video(s) may be uploaded on either or both:
You will receive:
1) URL links to either of the above mentioned if applicable
2) Soft-copy video file in MP4 format sent via email / external cloud service
Photos will be delivered in JPEG format, with the following specifications unless specified otherwise:
1x set in 1800 x 1500 px, 72ppi, JPEG format (sRGB)
1x set in 3000 x 2500 px, 300ppi, JPEG format (sRGB)
You will receive either:
1) Digital download link through an external cloud service via email
2) Digital download link through an external fulfilment service via email
3) Actual files via email attachment
c) Virtual Tour
You will receive either:
1) A soft copy of the packaged files that forms the virtual tour
2) A link to the virtual tour hosted on either our website or servers, or an external hosting provider, with an expiration date of the hosted files of 6 months unless otherwise stated
Virtual Tour Limitations
Virtual tours, unlike images and videos, are heavily based on coding and browser support and capabilities. We cannot guarantee that the virtual tours will work on all devices, browsers or any form of services that you wish to use it on.
Our virtual tours that are able to work and function on the time of delivery, may not be able to function the same or at all in the future. Virtual tour is based on current technology, and the Client must understand the limitations, risks, stability, usability and functionality of such technology. The usage of virtual tours vary from Client to Client. Home Tour Studios will not be held liable for the limitations, instability, malfunction or any technical issues of our virtual tour. We may at our discretion choose not to assist with the Client’s dissatisfaction or requests pertaining to any issues arising from our virtual tours. There will strictly be no refunds.
Usage of the Video, Photos and Other Media for Portfolio Purposes
As media providers, a critical part of our business is building our portfolio, so as to showcase our work to future clients. Your photo, video, or media materials might be publicly showcased on our marketing channels for the purposes of showcasing our portfolio to our future clients, at our discretion.
If the video, photo or other media is being used for our portfolio, we will ensure that the full address, and the identities of the property owners, shall not be displayed anywhere in the video. If this does not fit into your requirements, please contact us prior to making the booking.
Home Tour Studios Logo Placements
Home Tour Studios logo / sting / website will appear briefly at the beginning and end of the video.
Small logo and/or website may appear at the bottom right of the video.
